What are my payment options for a clinic?

You can pay for an AOC Volleyball clinic by credit card or check. The steps for check payment depend on whether you’re attending in person or virtually.

Pay by credit card

You can pay by credit card when registering online for either in-person or virtual attendance. Select your clinic and complete the registration and payment steps.

Pay by check: in-person attendance

You can generate an invoice yourself by registering online and selecting check payment instead of paying by credit card.

1. Visit our clinic listings and select the clinic you would like to attend.
2. Choose in-person attendance and enter the registration details.
3. Select check payment at checkout and submit your registration.
4. You’ll receive an invoice showing the balance due. You can give this to your organization to arrange payment or obtain a purchase order.
5. Mail your check with a copy of the invoice to the address listed on the invoice.

Your registration will remain pending payment until we receive payment. If your organization needs a PO number added to the invoice, email volleyball@theartofcoaching.com.

Pay by check: virtual attendance

Online registration for virtual attendance requires credit-card payment. If your organization will be paying by check, email volleyball@theartofcoaching.com before registering, and we’ll prepare an invoice.

Please include:

• Your name
• Organization name
• Email address where we should send the invoice
• Billing address
• Virtual clinic you would like to attend and number of registrations
• Name, email address, and organization for each attendee
• PO number, if your organization requires it on the invoice and you already have one

If you need the invoice to obtain a PO first, that’s fine. Once we have the details, we’ll prepare and email your invoice with payment instructions.

After payment is received, we’ll complete the registration so each attendee will receive their ticket and clinic updates. Attendees do not need an existing AOC account: we’ll add the registration to their existing account if they have one, or create a new account if they don’t.

These instructions also apply if you’re attending an in-person clinic virtually.

Purchase orders

A purchase order (PO) is separate from payment. You do not need a PO number before requesting an invoice or generating one through in-person registration.

If your organization requires the PO number on its invoice, send it to volleyball@theartofcoaching.com, along with your invoice number or clinic and organization details. We can provide the invoice first if your organization needs it to generate the PO.

Providing a PO does not mark an invoice as paid. Payment must still be received to finalize the registration.

W-9 requests

If your school or organization needs a W-9 to process payment, email volleyball@theartofcoaching.com. You can include this request when asking for your invoice.
