What are my payment options for a clinic?

You can pay for an Art of Coaching Volleyball clinic three ways: credit card, check, or purchase order. Your option depends on whether you’re registering for in-person or virtual attendance.

Credit card

Pay immediately from the Payment Options at the end of your online registration. This is the fastest way to confirm your registration. Credit card is the only online payment method available for virtual attendance — see below for paying virtual registrations by check.

Check

In-person registrations: during checkout, choose “Print invoice to pay by check.” Mail your check to the address shown on the invoice. We’ll email a receipt and complete your registration once payment is received.

Your registration is held but not finalized until payment is received.

Virtual registrations: the online checkout requires credit card payment. If you’d like to register for a virtual clinic and pay by check, email volleyball@theartofcoaching.com before registering and we’ll set things up manually.

Purchase order

We accept POs for both in-person and virtual clinics. Email volleyball@theartofcoaching.com with your PO documentation and we’ll process your registration once everything is in order.

W-9 requests

If your school or organization needs a W-9 to process payment, email volleyball@theartofcoaching.com and we’ll send one over.

Group discounts

Groups of 2 or more coaches save 15% on in-person registrations. The more coaches in your group, the more you save. The discount applies automatically at checkout. Group discounts are not available for virtual attendance.
