How do I register for a clinic?

Whether you’re joining us live or online, here’s how to register for an upcoming Art of Coaching Volleyball clinic.

Clinic types

We host two types of clinics:

• In-person clinics — held in cities across the country (such as Charlotte, Chicago, and Dallas). You can attend an in-person clinic either in person or virtually.
• Virtual clinics — our Season Prep series, focused on specific levels (high school, middle school, club, and boys). These clinics are available virtually only. Virtual clinics include live Q&A with the presenters and hosts throughout the clinic.

Every registration — regardless of clinic type or how you attend — includes lifetime On Demand access to that clinic’s recording after the clinic concludes, at no additional cost. You can rewatch any session, on any device, with no expiration.

Attending in person?

Groups of 2 or more coaches save 15% on in-person registrations. The more coaches in your group, the more you save. Discount applies automatically at checkout.

How to register

Start at theartofcoachingvolleyball.com/clinics — each clinic has its own page with dates, location, presenter lineup, session topics, and pricing.

Registering for in-person attendance

1. Click the clinic you want to attend.
2. Choose in-person, and select the number of coaches you’re registering. Groups of 2+ save 15%.
3. Click Register.
4. Fill in each coach’s details. For in-person attendance we collect:
   • Name and email
   • Organization
   • T-shirt size
   • Levels you coach (for example: middle school, high school, club 12–14, college)
   • Whether you’ve attended an AOC clinic before
   Each attendee gets their own name tag and pre-clinic updates, so accuracy matters.
5. Click Proceed to Payment Options.
6. Pay by credit card, print the invoice to mail a check, or arrange a purchase order. Your registration is held but not finalized until payment is received.

Registering for virtual attendance

1. Click the clinic you want to attend.
2. Choose virtual (this is the only option for Virtual / Season Prep clinics).
3. Click Register.
4. Fill in each coach’s name, email, and organization.
5. Click Proceed to Payment. Note: online registrations for virtual clinics require payment by credit card. If you would like to register for a virtual clinic and pay by check, please email volleyball@theartofcoaching.com.

Updating your registration details

Need to change a coach’s name, email, organization, or other details after you register? Email volleyball@theartofcoaching.com with your order number and the changes you’d like to make, and our team will update your registration for you.

Accessing your clinic content

Sign in at theartofcoachingvolleyball.com, go to My Dashboard, scroll to the bottom, and click Clinic Videos. You’ll find your livestream link (for virtual attendance) and your On Demand recordings (available within a week of the clinic concluding) there.

Premium Membership and your clinic ticket

At every clinic we offer a discounted price on our annual recurring Premium Membership. You can add the Premium Membership to your registration at checkout, or sign up at the clinic itself to lock in the discounted rate.

If you purchased a Premium Membership through a clinic registration page but did not buy an actual clinic ticket, you’ll receive your membership but not a seat at the clinic. Reach out if you’d like to upgrade.
