What is your clinic refund policy?

Our refund policy depends on the type of ticket you purchased.

You can receive a 90% refund up until 48 hours before the clinic day. After the 48-hour mark, no refunds are available.

Example: If the clinic begins on April 4, you can request a refund up until the end of the day on April 1.

You can receive a full refund up until 24 hours before the clinic day. Refund requests after the 24-hour mark cannot be granted.

Example: If the clinic begins on April 4, you can request a refund up until the end of the day on April 2.

You still have options:

Transfer your registration to another coach.
Move your registration to a different clinic later in the season.
Change your registration to virtual attendance instead. The virtual ticket is less expensive than in-person, and many coaches put the price difference toward a Premium Membership (also available at a discount during clinic registration).
