Why does it say my email address is already in use when I try to purchase Premium?

This message means your email address is already associated with an AOC account. You do not need to create another account to purchase Premium Membership.

1. Go to the sign-in page and sign in using your account email address or username.
2. If you don’t remember your password, select Lost your password. See our password-reset instructions if you need help.
3. Once signed in, return to the Premium Membership page to complete your purchase.

If you still receive the error or cannot access your existing account, email volleyball@theartofcoaching.com. Please include the email address you’re trying to use and a screenshot or the exact wording of the error message.

Please avoid creating another account with a different email address to work around the error.
