How do I reset or change my password?

Forgot your password?

1. Go to the sign-in page.
2. Select “Lost your password.”
3. Enter your account email address and follow the instructions in the password-reset email.

Already signed in and want to change your password?

1. Go to My Dashboard.
2. Under My Details, select My Profile.
3. Click the blue Update Personal Info button.
4. Scroll to the bottom and enter and confirm your new password.
5. Click SAVE ALL CHANGES.
