My course disappeared mid-way through — how do I get it back?
If a course you were partway through has disappeared from your account:
- Clear your browser's cache (how to) and reload the page.
- Confirm you're signed in to the same account you used when you originally started the course. Check My Account → My Subscription to confirm your Premium Membership is active.
If the course still doesn't appear, email volleyball@theartofcoaching.com with the username on your account and the name of the course, and we'll restore your access.
