I haven’t received an email confirmation after purchasing a group membership. How do I get access?
If you already have an account, log into your account and go to your "My Groups" page located on your "My Account" page to see if you have a group listed. If you have a group listed you're all set. To add people to your group click the "invite" button.
If you do not already have an account or you do not see a group listed on your "My Groups" page, please send an email to email@example.com, and we will help get your group membership set up correctly. Please have your receipt handy for confirmation.
