Why can't I see my courses after purchasing Premium?

If you've purchased a Premium Membership but can't access your courses, work through these steps:

  1. Confirm which account holds your Premium access. Check your purchase confirmation email — the username and email address shown there is the account tied to your membership. You'll need to be signed in with that exact account.
  2. Sign in at theartofcoachingvolleyball.com using that username.
  3. Clear your browser cache (how to) and reload the page.
