I have paid for a Premium membership, but cannot view any courses.

Clear your browsers cache and check again (to learn how to clear your browser's cache click here). If you still can't access videos, check your email for the confirmation email from when you purchased your account to make sure you are using the correct email address or username associated with the premium account.
