Why can't I see Premium videos after purchasing?

If you have a Premium Membership but can't view Premium videos, work through these steps:

  1. Confirm you're signed in. Your account name should appear in the top right of the page. If not, sign in.
  2. Confirm your Premium status is active. Go to My Account → My Subscription and check that your membership shows as active.
  3. Clear your browser cache (how to) and reload the page.
  4. Try a different browser. If Chrome doesn't work, try Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
