Why can't I see Premium videos after purchasing?
If you have a Premium Membership but can't view Premium videos, work through these steps:
- Confirm you're signed in. Your account name should appear in the top right of the page. If not, sign in.
- Confirm your Premium status is active. Go to My Account → My Subscription and check that your membership shows as active.
- Clear your browser cache (how to) and reload the page.
- Try a different browser. If Chrome doesn't work, try Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
