Upgrading from an Individual Membership to a Group Membership

If you have an individual Premium Membership and want to upgrade to a Group Membership (for example, to add coaches from your staff or club), email us at volleyball@theartofcoaching.com with:

• The username on your current individual membership
• The size of the group membership you'd like (number of coaches)
• A note that you'd like a prorated refund for the unused portion of your individual membership

We'll cancel your individual membership, issue a prorated refund for the unused time, and help you get the group membership set up. You'll keep your account history, playlists, and progress — only the membership product changes.
