Are all Premium Memberships recurring?

Yes, except for memberships initially arranged through our team and paid by check. All other Premium Memberships, including those purchased at clinics, renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

Memberships paid by check are set up through a support request and do not renew automatically. These memberships expire at the end of the period purchased.

If you don’t want your recurring membership to renew, follow our cancellation instructions. Your Premium access continues through the end of your current billing period.
