How do I delete my account?

Deleting your account is different from canceling Premium Membership or unsubscribing from emails:

• Cancel Premium Membership: Stops future subscription renewals while keeping your AOC account.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails: Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a marketing email. You do not need to delete your account.
• Delete your account: Permanently removes your AOC account and cannot be undone.

To request account deletion, email volleyball@theartofcoaching.com from the email address associated with your account. Please confirm that you want the account permanently deleted and include your username, if known.

Before deleting your account, our team will explain what will be permanently lost, including any affected purchases, playlists, or registrations, and ask you to confirm by email that you want to proceed. We will not delete your account until we receive that confirmation.

If you only want to stop your Premium Membership, please follow our cancellation instructions instead.
